A. All customers are welcome to visit our plant before or during production.

Q. How long after United Book Press receives my art files will I see proofs?
A. Provided there are no unforeseen complications, we usually send proofs to you in 2 to 3 days after receipt of your file or copy.

Q. What type of proofs will I get?
A. United Book Press uses both digital and blue-line proofs for one and two color text material, and Epson contract color proofs for multi-color covers, dust jackets or color inserts.
